Report a Problem

If you are reporting a Stop sign or an urgent matter requiring immediate attention call 9-1-1.

Is there illegal dumping in your neighborhood? Graffiti that needs removal? A pothole that needs paving? You can help report non-emergency problems to Kitsap County from your smartphone or computer, thanks to our partnership with SeeClickFix. See the details below on how to download the SeeClickFix app.

Our staff responds to the SeeClickFix app requests during regular business hours. If this report comes in on a holiday, weekend, or after-hours, it will be read on the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: The SeeClickFix app is not to be used for emergencies. For urgent matters that require immediate attention or a police response, call 9-1-1.

Desktop Instructions

The widget above allows you to make service requests as well as track previously reported problems from your computer. To report an issue:

Select 'New Request'.
Drag the map marker to the location of your issue, or type in the address directly.
Click 'Confirm Location'.
Choose a service request 'Category' from the drop-down menu that matches your issue.
Attach an image (optional), if none click 'No Photo'.
Add a description (Include the distance from an observable landmark, directional information, measurements or other applicable information that would help locate the service request.)
Answer all required questions.
Click 'Confirm Details'.
Click 'Submit'.
